Italian Asparagus

Ingredients (for 4 people) : 
- 16 asparagus
- basil
- parmesan cheese
- balsamique vinegar
- olive oil


Preparation : 
Peel the asparegus and pre-cook in boiled salted water during 10 min, drain well and leave to cool. Sauté in hot olive oil on both side for 5 min.

With a knife make shaving of parmesan cheese, put it on the asparagus and leave it melt slowly.

Put the asparagus on plates, add a little of balsamic vinegar and the basil.
