The mustard seeds which are used to make the various mustard categories are cultivated according to the methods of Controlled organic farming. 
The seeds are mixed with organic vinegar and salt of Guérande. 
When the seeds have swollen properly, they are crushed respecful of traditional methods followed to get Moutarde forte de Dijon. 
You will find in our range of products the Moutarde à l’ancienne forte in which the whole seeds can be found. 
You will also find the lemon mustard prepared in the same way as the moutarde forte de Dijon with the addition of organic lemon concentrate.
There is also the five plants mustard : basil, rosemary, thyme, marjoram and savory produced by organic farming which give this mustard a unique taste.
All these categories of organic mustards contain no preservative and comply with the rules of organic farming, controled and certified by ECOCERT – 32600 L’Isle Jourdain.
