Roasted pork with Dijon mustard

Preparation : 10 mn 
Cooking : 60 mn 

Ingredients : 
- 800 gr of roast pork
- 600 gr of potatoes
- 4 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- 20 cl of milk + 1 tablespoon of crème fraîche 
- 2 red onions
- 2 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper


Preparation : 

Mix the mustard, the crème fraîche, 30 cl of water and the milk. Salt and pepper. In a cooker, fry the roast on both sides with the olive oil. Put in a dish of the oven. 

Put the onions and the potatoes cuts in rings around the roast. Pour the mustard mixture in the dish and cover with aluminium. 

Let it cook during 35 minutes.

Take off the aluminium and let it cook during 25 min in watering occasionnaly.

Cut the roast and serve with the potatoes and onions.
