Ingredients :
- 12 Scallop
- 1/2 glass of Truffle vinegar
- 1 small cup of crème fraîche
- demi-salt butter
- 1 spoon of oil
Preparation :
Heat up a non-stick pan with the butter and the spoon of oil, throw the scallop on both sides.
Served them on a plate and deglaze the pan with the truffle vinegar, put the crème fraîche according to your taste. Put the deglazing on the scallop and serve on a plate.
Remark :
You can also put shallots or mushrooms.
