Duck breast with honey and balsamic

Preparation : 10 mn 
Cooking : 20 mn 

Ingredients : 
- 2 duck breast

- 4 shallots

- 15 cl of balsamic vinegar of Modena

- 1 tablespoon of honey

- Salt and pepper


Preparation : 

Prepare the duck breast : With a knife cut the duck breast. Put the salt and pepper. 

In a non-stick pan put the duck breast on the fat side.

Let it cook during 5 min.

Take the duck breast out. Take out the fat and put back the duck breast on the fless side for 5 min.

Take out the duck breast and put in hot. 

In the same pan, sauté the shallots 5 min and deglaze with the balsamic vinegar. 

Add the honey and let it cook during 1 or 2 minutes.

Cut the duck breast in thin slice and put the sauce on it before enjoying.
